Job summary

PT. Satu Solusi Karya in Bali’s Sanur area seeks a dedicated Cook to join our client’s team. You’ll execute daily menu items, manage prep and inventory, maintain hygiene, and assist with event catering.

The role requires 1–2 years kitchen experience, knowledge of Indonesian food safety, HACCP, and FIFO. Based in or able to commute to Danau Poso, Sanur, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen environment and hands-on cooking (1–2 years).
• Proficiency in basic pastry/baking techniques and dish sanitation.
• Understanding of hygiene standards and FIFO inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily pastries, cakes, breakfast items, and signature bowls per recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain quality control of finished components before service.
• Manage daily prep, reuse ingredients, and ensure proper dating and labeling.
