Job summary

Phoenix Contact Indonesia is seeking a content marketer to craft engaging campaigns across social media, email, brochures, event materials, and other collateral.

You will partner with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure clear, on-brand messaging and adapt global campaigns to the local market.

With 2–4 years in content creation and digital marketing, you will manage calendars, coordinate external vendors, and deliver high‑quality assets on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, brand communications, or similar role.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing social media content, email marketing campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

• Create content and visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, emailers, brochures, event materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop creative concepts and storytelling angles that bring our solutions and innovations to life in a relatable and compelling way.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Adapt and optimize global marketing campaigns for local market relevance and effectiveness.
• Plan, maintain, and execute content calendars in line with campaign timelines, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple content and design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Support cross-functional teamwork by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices to achieve business and marketing goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printed marketing materials, promotional items, and marketing content production.
• Support event execution, including on-site marketing activities and ad hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.
• Contribute to regional marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia and additional markets, including ANZ.
