Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Strong understanding of content planning, campaign execution, and social media best practices.
• Familiar with social media trends, digital marketing, audience engagement, and content performance metrics.
• Proficient in graphic design and content editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
• Familiar with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
• Excellent project, time, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare content for merchant campaigns and promotional activities.
• Plan content based on objectives, audience, timeline, and goals.
• Develop captions aligned with brand tone and CTAs.
• Support execution of offline and online events or campaigns.
• Develop and produce visual content to increase engagement.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice across channels.
• Develop content concepts with partners and business units.
• Produce video content from concept to execution.
• Monitor content performance and user feedback.
• Assist with visual and video editing as needed.
