Job summary

DHL Express Indonesia is seeking a certified international specialist to support cross-border express deliveries. The role focuses on local pickup and delivery, adherence to procedures, and timely administration tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver shipments within own area promptly and follow SOPs.
• Ensure equipment such as scanners, radios, uniforms, AWBs, vehicles, IDs are ready.
• Complete administration and operational expenses to the cashier upon arrival.
• Return undeliverable shipments to warehouse.
• Other duties as required.

Main Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver shipments within his own area promptly and follow standard operating procedures.

Ensure that all equipment such as Scanners, radio, uniforms, AWBs, vehicles, ID card, etc are proper and ready.

Complete the administration processes and operational expenses to the operations cashier immediately upon arrival.

Return undeliverable shipments to warehouse.

Other duties as required.
