Job summary

JF Talent Consulting Group (Global) is seeking a Business Development professional to expand our Introducing Brokers network and engage institutional clients across financial markets. You will actively monitor markets and articulate opportunities while building strong partnerships.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in sales/BD within Forex or financial services and a Diploma level qualification. You will drive growth and strategic alliances in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma level is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Experience in Forex, Commodities, CFDs or Financial Industry is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates and Institutional/B2B clients.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with all clients for retention of prospects.
• Actively follow financial markets and discuss factors that move them with clients.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities based on competitor weaknesses and proposals.
• Negotiate with partners to ensure partnerships are commercially viable and sound.
• Execute company planning and perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates and Institutional/B2B clients.

• Proactively discuss financial markets and factors that move them in an articulate manner with clients.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities based on competitor weaknesses and their commercial proposals.
• Negotiate with partners to ensure a partnership is commercially viable and sound for the company.
• Execute company planning and perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
• Any other duties reasonably required for the role.

Experience and Qualifications

• Diploma level.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales
• Previous experience in the Forex, Commodities, CFDs or Financial Industry is a must.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
