Job summary

BWG Markets Indonesia seeks an experienced Country Manager to drive growth across the Indonesian market. You will lead the Business Development team and develop localized strategies to win new clients and partnerships.

In this role you will build strategic relationships, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing, Support, Compliance, and Product teams to enhance customer acquisition and experience. Fluent Indonesian and English are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a senior sales or business development/leadership role, preferably in FX, CFD, Fintech, or online trading.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales teams.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and its cultural landscape.
• Native-level Indonesian and strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales/performance data.
• Strategic, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
