Job summary

Global Expat Recruiting is assisting a client developing an exclusive lifestyle destination in West Java, blending sports, wellness and premium hospitality in a members-only setting. This #1 role reports directly to the Director of Hospitality Division in a pre-opening environment.

The position is available to Indonesian nationals only and requires a track record in premium hospitality, strong guest engagement, leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 5* resort, country club, or premium hospitality environment.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Strong customer relations and guest engagement skills.
• Strong leadership, team management and staff development abilities.
• Good understanding of budgeting and cost control.
• Proactive, innovative and results oriented.

Job description

Our client is developing an exclusive lifestyle destination in West Java, combining sports & recreation, wellness and premium hospitality within a members-only setting. The Club is still in pre-opening phase.

This is a #1 role and will be reporting directly to the Director of Hospitality Division.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

• Experience in a 5* resort, country or sports club, or other premium hospitality environment
• Pre-opening experience is a plus
• If coming from a hotel background, then with strong exposure to Rooms Division / Front Office
• Strong customer relations and guest engagement skills
• Passionate about sports and healthy life style
• Outgoing, approachable and professional personality
• Strong leadership, team management and staff development skills
• Able to motivate, coach and train team members
• Strong strategic thinking, planning and organizational skills
• Good understanding of business performance, budgeting and cost control
