PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to support operations in Indonesia, focusing on consumer and cloud business units. You will draft and negotiate complex contracts, manage regulatory compliance, licensing, and PDP obligations within a fast-paced multinational environment.

The role requires strong English proficiency, a law degree, and 5–8 years of relevant experience in both top-tier firms and in-house legal teams, preferably in technology or telecom sectors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Law is mandatory and Advocate License (PERADI) is a strong advantage.
• 5–8 years of professional legal experience at Counsel level or equivalent, with multinational exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Corporate, Contract, Telecommunications, ITE, and PDP laws; English fluency mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic legal advisory and risk management across consumer and cloud business units.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts and documentation.
• Support regulatory compliance, OSS licensing processes, and government coordination.
• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies for rapid, multinational operations.
• Deliver training and guidance on compliance to internal teams; assist in dispute management.
