Job summary

PT Galva Galindra Multi Cipta is seeking a seasoned Lead Cost Accountant to oversee cost reporting, standard and actual costing, and product profitability analysis within a manufacturing setting. You will drive system enhancements, enforce cost controls, and partner with operations to provide clear financial insights.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 5–8 years in cost accounting, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a solid grasp of PSAK/IFRS inventory concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Cost Control, or related role.
• Experience in manufacturing or complex cost structures preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Standard Costing, Actual Costing, Variance Analysis, COGM, and COGS.
• Good understanding of inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and BOM.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of PSAK/IFRS related to inventory and cost accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and business partnering skills.
