Job summary

You will analyze variances, prepare budgets and forecasts, support pricing decisions and new product costing, and drive cost-saving improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to optimize processes and financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of costing/finance experience in manufacturing.
• Industry experience in Paint, Coatings, Chemical, or Process Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Manage standard costing and product cost calculations.
• Analyze material, labor, overhead, and manufacturing variances.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and costing records.
• Prepare cost reports, profitability analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support pricing decisions and new product costing.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve costing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
