Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Costing & Inventory Control Staff for a manufacturing setting in Cikande. The role focuses on master data registration, coding, data cleansing, and margins analysis, supporting SCM and product planning teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience with master data, BOM structures, and ERP systems, and possess conversational English. Candidates must submit CVs in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in Master data, Inventory control, Cost accounting in a manufacturing company.
• Understanding of BOM structure, Unit conversion, Code numbering, and Material cost calculation.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software, Accurate, and ERP systems.
• Conversational level English.

Responsibilities

• Review registration and amendment requests for material and product master data against standards; accept or reject with reasons.
• Assign codes to accepted requests and update the master with status changes.
• Cleanse data by standardizing names, units, and notation; remove duplicates.
• Provide latest master data to all departments and systems; keep accessible records.
• Verify consistency between master data sets and notify affected areas of changes.
• Evaluate material margins monthly and report variances to leadership.
• Register revised baselines with approvals and preserve history.
• Guide user departments on procedures and TMP standards; respond to inquiries.
• Collect department data, organize, complete attributes, and register.
• Calculate initial baseline margins for existing products and report uncalculable cases with reasons.
• Detect deficiencies in rules and standards during trials and report findings.
• Brief departments on procedures and standards; report progress toward steady-state operations.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
