A Cost Control role responsible for monitoring and managing operational costs within palm oil plantation and mill operations. The position involves budget tracking, cost analysis, variance reporting, and identifying efficiency opportunities across production and operational activities.
Key responsibilities
Monitor and control operational costs
Compare budget with actual cost realization and conduct variance analysis
Prepare and analyze cost reports on a regular basis
Monitor production and operational costs for plantation/mill
Identify potential waste and provide cost efficiency recommendations
Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Estate/Mill teams and related departments
Be willing to be placed at the company's site
About you
Minimum S1 education in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Control, Cost Accounting, Finance & Control, or KTU Mill/Palm Oil Plantation
Experience in palm oil plantation companies or palm oil processing industry
Understanding of budgeting, cost realization monitoring, and variance analysis
Understanding of production costs and plantation/mill operational costs
Able to analyze cost reports and provide efficiency recommendations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good analytical skills, thorough, and detail-oriented
Willing to be placed in the company's operational area
