PT Ciliandry Anky Abadi Group (CAA Group) seeks a Budgeting Specialist to prepare and consolidate annual budgets across estate, mill, and head office in Indonesia. You will monitor spending, analyze variances, and implement cost-control measures to improve financial efficiency.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in palm oil budgeting, strong Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot, financial modeling), and the ability to produce detailed deviation analyses for decision-makers.
Preparing budget plans : coordinate, review, and consolidate the preparation of annual budgets for estate, mill, and head office.
Monitoring periodic budget usage and analyzing variances to ensure costs are being used efficiently.
Cost control : identifying over budget, analyzing the causes, and providing corrective action recommendations to management.
REQUIREMENT:
Graduated from Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance or Business Management.
Minimal 3 years experience as budgeting in palm oil industry.
Have a strong analysis of budgets and cost control of the operational financial flow of Estate & Mill (especially in the palm oil plantation industry).
Strong exposure in using Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, Financial Modeling).
Able to conduct detailed, critical, and solution-oriented financial report deviation analysis.
