Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Cost Control professional to monitor and manage operational costs across plantation and mill operations in Indonesia. The role focuses on budgeting, variance analysis, and cost reporting, with a hands-on approach to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• S1 in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in Cost Control, Cost Accounting, Finance & Control, or KTU Mill.
• Experience in palm oil plantation/processing industry.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost realization monitoring and variance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical, thorough and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control operational costs.
• Compare budget with actual cost realization and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports regularly.
• Monitor plantation/mill production and operational costs.
• Identify potential waste and provide cost efficiency recommendations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Estate/Mill teams and related departments.
• Be willing to be placed at the company's site.
