You will work with suppliers, chefs, kitchen teams, and internal departments to coordinate procurement needs while maintaining cost efficiency and standards.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in cost control or procurement, with strong Excel skills and experience in supplier performance evaluation and inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in cost control, procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Experience in managing and evaluating supplier performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficient with ERP systems and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent service and quality.
• Evaluate supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce waste.
• Improve inventory processes and systems for accurate stock control.
• Collaborate with chefs and operations to align procurement needs.
• Track procurement costs and supplier-related expenses.
• Communicate pricing, availability, and quality with suppliers.
