PT. Idelux Furniture Indonesia sedang membuka posisi Senior Staff Cost Accounting di fasilitas Semarang.

Anda akan bertanggung jawab menghitung biaya produk, memantau COGS, melakukan analisis biaya aktual terhadap realisasi produksi, dan melakukan rekonsiliasi data produksi, persediaan, dan akuntansi. Tugas mencakup analisis biaya material, tenaga kerja, overhead pabrik, serta laporan biaya bulanan untuk manajemen.

Qualifications

• Minimal gelar Sarjana di bidang Akuntansi.
• Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di Cost Accounting, lebih disukai dari industri furnitur/logam manufaktur.
• Memahami perhitungan biaya produksi (COGS) dan cost accounting pada perusahaan manufaktur.
• Pemahaman mengenai Product Costing (Bahan baku, Tenaga kerja, Overhead) dan alur produksi.
• Mampu melakukan perhitungan biaya per produk/pesanan produksi, analisis selisih Actual Cost vs Standard Cost.
• Memahami costing persediaan, pergerakan stok, dan rekonsiliasi antara stok fisik dan catatan akuntansi.
• Pengalaman dengan ERP/manufaktur accounting system menjadi nilai plus.
• Able to work independently serta bekerja dalam tim.

Responsibilities

• Hitung biaya produk dan COGS secara berkala.
• Lakukan analisis biaya aktual berdasarkan realisasi produksi.
• Analisis biaya material, tenaga kerja, overhead pabrik.
• Monitor WIP dan Finished Goods agar costing sesuai produksi nyata.
• Rekonsiliasi data produksi, persediaan, dan akuntansi.
• Identifikasi penyebab kenaikan/penurunan biaya dan rekomendasi perbaikan biaya.
• Sediakan laporan biaya bulanan dan analisis manajemen.
• Pastikan data produksi dan persediaan untuk costing akurat, lengkap, tepat waktu.
• Koordinasi dengan departemen Produksi, Gudang, Pembelian, PPIC, Keuangan & Akuntansi.
• Lakukan pemeriksaan lapangan di fasilitas pabrik.

Job description

This is a Senior Staff Cost Accounting position responsible for cost calculation, monitoring, and analysis in a manufacturing environment. The role involves periodic calculation and monitoring of product cost of goods sold (COGS), actual cost analysis based on production realization, and reconciliation of production, inventory, and accounting data.

Key responsibilities

• Perform periodic calculation and monitoring of product COGS
• Conduct actual cost analysis based on production realization
• Analyze material, labor, and factory overhead
• Monitor WIP and Finished Goods to ensure costing aligns with actual production conditions
• Reconcile production, inventory, and accounting data
• Identify causes of cost increases/decreases and provide cost improvement analysis to Management
• Prepare monthly cost accounting reports and management analysis
• Ensure production and inventory data used in costing is accurate, complete, and timely
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, PPIC, Finance & Accounting departments
• Conduct on-site field checks and data verification at the factory

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably from furniture metal or similar manufacturing industries
• Understanding of cost accounting and COGS calculation in manufacturing companies
• Understanding of Product Costing (Raw Material, Labour Cost & Overhead), including manufacturing production flow as well as the production costing processes
• Ability to perform cost calculation per product/production order, analyze Actual Cost versus Standard Cost, identify the variances
• Understanding of inventory costing, stock movement, and reconciliation between physical stock and accounting records
• Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Material), routing/process, production output, material consumption, and production loss/waste is a plus
• Experience with ERP/manufacturing accounting systems is a plus
• Able to work independently as well as a teamwork
