Job summary

PT Platinum Ceramics Industry in Bekasi, Indonesia is seeking a Supervisor Costing (Cost Accounting) to lead cost analysis across manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include preparing labor and machine hour reports, material usage recap, COGS per product, and budget preparation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 4 years in cost accounting, and prior supervisory experience. Strong costing knowledge, stock taking, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Cost Accounting
• Experience in a Supervisory role in Cost Accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of Cost Accounting, manufacturing processes, inventory management, COGM/COGS
• Experience in cost variance analysis, standard costing, stock taking and budgeting
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented with high accountability and leadership abilities

Job description for Supervisor Costing (Cost Accounting) at PT Platinum Ceramics Industry

Prepare and analyze reports on actual labor hours and machine hours at each production stage.

Recap usage of raw materials, packaging, and output per process order

Analyze variances between actual results vs standards

Monitor order process status before closing period

Prepare inventory reports (raw materials, packaging, WIP, finished goods)

Calculate & analyze COGS per product

Create purchasing price trend & average cost reports

Conduct stock taking (monthly, quarterly, annually)

Assist in preparing the annual company budget

Handle additional reporting tasks as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Must have prior experience working in a Supervisor position, preferably in Cost Accounting or a related field.

Strong understanding of Cost Accounting, manufacturing processes, inventory management, and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis.

Experienced in cost variance analysis, standard costing, stock taking, and budgeting.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high accountability.

Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and effectively lead a team.

Willing to be placed in Bekasi.

Working hours from Monday to Friday (08.00-16.30) Saturday (08.00-14.00)
