Job summary

PT. Dinito Jaya Sakti is seeking a Senior Accounting professional responsible for General Ledger, costing, and financial reporting. You will manage GL, cost analysis, and ensure accurate monthly closures across business units.

You will coordinate with internal teams to maintain data integrity, perform cost analyses, and ensure compliance with PSAK/IFRS. The role involves inventory counts, audit readiness, and ERP system upkeep to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Cost Structure Analysis: calculate, monitor and analyze COGS, OPEX, CAPEX and assist with product pricing.
• Budgeting Control: evaluate actual versus budget and flag potential over-budget risks.
• Internal Cost Audit: verify warehouse, production and project expenditures to minimize waste.
• Efficiency Strategy: propose cost-saving measures based on data analysis.
• Journal Review: ensure daily AP/AR, payroll and cash transactions are correctly entered into the COA.
• Closing Cycle: lead monthly and yearly closing processes within deadlines.
• Account Reconciliation: oversee bank, fixed assets, depreciation, accruals and intercompany reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Monthly Stock Opname: conduct physical counts and reconcile results.
• PSAK/IFRS Compliance: ensure accounting policies align with standards.
• Audit Readiness: act as PIC for Audit Working Papers and liaise with external auditors.
• ERP System Maintenance: optimize Costing and GL modules for efficiency.

Senior Accounting (General Ledger & Costing)

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Senior Accountant (General Ledger & Costing). You will be fully responsible for managing the general ledger (GL), account reconciliations, production cost analysis (costing), and preparing accurate financial statements to support the company's strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Structure Analysis: Calculate, monitor, and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), operational expenses (OPEX), capital expenditures (CAPEX), and assist with product pricing.

Budgeting Control: Conduct periodic evaluations of actual expenditures versus the budget (Variance Analysis) and provide early warnings for potential over-budget risks.

Internal Cost Audit: Perform physical and document verifications of warehouse inventory, production processes, or project expenditures to minimize waste or discrepancies.

Efficiency Strategy: Formulate and recommend cost-saving strategies to management based on accurate data analysis.

Journal Review: Ensure all daily transactions (AP, AR, Payroll, Cash/Bank) are properly classified and inputted into the correct Chart of Accounts (COA).

Closing Cycle: Lead and take full responsibility for ensuring the smooth execution of monthly and yearly closing processes within deadlines.

Account Reconciliation: Oversee and perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, fixed assets, depreciation, accruals, and intercompany accounts.

Financial Reporting: Prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements on a consolidated or per-business-unit basis.

Monthly Stock Opname: Conduct monthly physical inventory counts (stock opname) and reconcile the results.

PSAK/IFRS Compliance: Ensure all accounting policies implemented within the company comply with prevailing Financial Accounting Standards.

Audit Readiness: Serve as the primary PIC (Person in Charge) in preparing Audit Working Papers and coordinating with External Auditors (KAP) for annual audits.

ERP System Maintenance: Optimize the usage of the Costing and General Ledger modules in the company’s ERP system to enhance team efficiency.
