Job summary

PT Sam Bound Mitra Indonesia is seeking a driven Business Development/Sales Associate in South Jakarta to expand our market presence in the packaging cosmetics sector. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies and exceptional service.

The role requires strong sales experience, fluency in Indonesian and English, and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in packaging, cosmetics or related industries.
• Strong understanding of cosmetics/personal care market dynamics and client requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify potential clients in cosmetics manufacturing and packaging.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new accounts and increase market share.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with production, design and logistics to meet client requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and client documentation in CRM.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
