Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Mandarin ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide external and internal insights to Business Heads by engaging with process owners.
• Develop expert understanding of the assigned SBU to guide managers/analysts on high impact projects.
• Identify business gaps and assess impact to management.
• Identify processes or initiatives to improve efficiency and form long-term building blocks.
• Drive execution of corporate initiatives through business managers or data analytics support.
• Provide frameworks for Business Planning & Review.
• Collaborate with businesses to prepare business plans and set review cycles.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
• Able to speak mandarin will be advantage
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities :

• Provide frameworks for execution Business Planning & Review
• Responsible to work closely with businesses to prepare business plans and to create a framework for periodic review.
• Provide feedback to business heads on the review process and areas that need focus.
