Job summary

TAKSU VISA is seeking a FAT Specialist in Bali to manage finance, accounting, and tax functions for monthly and yearly compliance. You will oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensure regulatory adherence in a hands-on, detail‑oriented role.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in finance or accounting, strong Indonesian tax knowledge, experience with Accurate or Xero, and proficiency in Excel. Onsite, full-time position in Bali.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in finance, accounting and tax.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Experience with accounting software such as Accurate or Xero.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Brevet A & B certification.
• Familiar with LKPM reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports (e.g., PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT)
• Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with local regulations
• Stay updated with current tax regulations and assess impact on the company
• Prepare and Report for LKPM

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FAT Specialist to manage finance,

accounting, and tax functions for Monthly and Yearly Compliance. The ideal

candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting (bookkeeping until preparation

Financial Reporting), compliance with applicable regulations, and efficient handling

of day-to-day financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax (ex- consulting is a plus)
• Must Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or manual)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Brevet A & B certification
• Familiar with coretax and understanding with account reconciliation
• Familiar with LKPM Report
