Job summary

RGE is seeking a communications professional to help shape and share the company’s story. The role focuses on developing content for written and visual communications and coordinating across internal and external channels.

You will oversee advertising/marketing, media relations, and design services, while advising leadership on communications policies and PR issues. Your work should promote employee awareness and overall productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manages both internal and external communications, including developing the content for and producing written and visual communications.
• The internal portion of the work is focused on company-wide communications to employees related to organization values/strategy/performance and employee programs, policies, and tools.
• Manages the organization’s day-to-day advertising/marketing, media relations, creative editorial, and design services.
• Advises top management on development of communications policies and advertising programs, and the management of public relations issues.
• Create strategies to increase employee awareness and promote productivity.
• Manage external communicate with the media and other interested parties for announce of business news and discuss organizational changes in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image of the company.
