Job description

1. Corporate Advisory & Project Execution

Manage assigned workstreams across corporate advisory projects, including debt restructuring, financial recovery, fundraising, M&A, and other strategic assignments.

Conduct business assessments, financial analysis, and commercial due diligence.

Identify potential risks, opportunities, and practical solutions for clients.

Develop and implement project execution strategies under the guidance of senior management.

2. Client Communication & Negotiation

Communicate and coordinate directly with corporate clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Participate in commercial negotiations and settlement discussions.

Develop negotiation strategies and recommend commercially viable solutions.

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and relevant parties.

Analyze financial statements, cash flow, business performance, and debt obligations.

Evaluate restructuring alternatives, recovery options, and other financial solutions.

Prepare financial assessments, commercial proposals, presentations, and advisory reports.

Support transaction evaluations and financial modeling when required.

4. Project Management & Coordination

Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisers, financial institutions, and external consultants.

Identify project challenges and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and confidentiality throughout project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Law, or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in corporate advisory, banking, financial institutions, consulting, corporate finance, or legal advisory.

Experience in debt restructuring, financial recovery, corporate transactions, or business advisory is an advantage.

Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate financial structures, and commercial transactions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial negotiation skills.

Proven ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong professional integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

Willing to attend external meetings and undertake business travel when required.
