Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial/Contract Management within construction/EPC.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, contract administration and documentation.
• Experience with VO, claims, payment applications and negotiations preferred.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented with good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle contract preparation, review, signing, stamping, filing and archiving.
• Monitor contract records, obligations and milestones.
• Assist in contract administration and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and others.
• Prepare and review Variation Orders (VO), claims and payment applications.
• Support evaluation of contractual changes and cost implications.
• Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with terms.
• Support daily commercial and contract management activities.
