Job summary

Adaro Logistics is seeking a Corporate Legal/Contract Manager to review, draft, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies while safeguarding the Company's and Group's interests. You will support contract negotiations, monitor obligations and performance, and coordinate with stakeholders on contract and tender management matters, based in Jakarta.

• Bachelor degree in law required.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate legal or contract management.
• Exposure to contract management and tender management preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
