Content Specialist Intern (for MXA Studio)

MXA started in 2010, and were known as Media X Asia, the first Indonesia premium publisher network. After two years, we pivoted to digital buying agency business. Now MXA is one of the biggest local digital media buying agency in Indonesia that provides consultation for online campaign planning and strategy. As a Content Specialist, your main role will be to create compelling content across various digital platforms, primarily on social media. You will be responsible for developing a content program to engage the target audience. Your creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of social media trends will play a crucial part in crafting content that aligns with clients' brand identity and resonates with their followers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Creative department to ensure consistency in messaging and maintain a strong brand image across all social media platforms.

Requirements

• Prior experience in social media content creation or management is preferred. Demonstrated success in developing engaging social media content and driving audience growth is a plus
• Proven ability to create innovative and engaging short-form video content that aligns with the brand's identity and captures the attention of the audience
• Deep understanding of popular social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc. Familiarity with the latest trends, features, and best practices for each platform
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and produce visually appealing and innovative content formats, such as images, videos, GIFs, infographics, and interactive posts
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to implement fresh and relevant content program
• Ability to adapt quickly to new social media features, trends, and changes in the digital landscape.
• Proficiency in video editing software or TikTok's in-app editing tools to create visually appealing and polished videos is a plus
• Skill in storytelling to craft narratives that resonate with the target audience within the short format videos
• Knowledge of music trends and the ability to choose appropriate and catchy soundtracks for the videos
• Ability to research and implement relevant hashtags to increase content visibility and engagement
