Job summary

M+C Saatchi Performance Jakarta is offering an internship to join our performance marketing team. You will collaborate with Search, Social, Programmatic, Data and Creative teams to deliver digital media campaigns and support campaign reporting and optimization.

In this role you will work on budgeting, trafficking, and measurement, while engaging with media partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns meet client KPIs and deliver insights for improvements. Location is Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital media campaigns with cross-functional teams (Search, Social, Programmatic, Data, Creative)
• Assist with campaign reporting in Excel and data visualization tools
• Help optimize media budgets and pacing for clients
• Maintain and manage campaign performance, tracking, and trafficking
• Support tech partners and measurement providers
• Keep documentation organized and up-to-date
• Attend internal and external training sessions and webinars
• Communicate with media partners and build relationships
• Analyze campaign data to inform recommendations
• Support trafficking links with Ad Ops or measurement partners
• Update budget pacing documents
• Ensure campaigns are tracked and measured against client KPIs
• Identify data discrepancies and troubleshoot tracking issues
• Reconcile monthly campaign spends

What You'll be Responsible For

• Working collaboratively with all internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include Search and Social, Programmatic, Data and Creative
• Supporting the account team with the reporting of campaigns through Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools
• Helping with the optimization and efficient spending and pacing of clients’ media budgets
• Helping to maintain and manage campaign performance, tracking, and trafficking
• Support the day-to-day management of tech partners such as 3rd party measurement providers
• Maintaining accurate, accessible and organized documentation
• Attending relevant training sessions, whether through internal resources, external partners, or via webinars

Assist with the following day-to-day tasks on the account(s)

• Communicating and building relationships with media partners
• Analyzing campaign data to make recommendations to external and internal partners
• Working with Ad Ops or measurement partners to deliver trafficking links
• Updating budget pacing documents
• Ensuring campaigns are tracked and measured based on client KPIs
• Helping to identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, tracking issues, etc.
• Reconciling monthly campaign spends
