Lead shoots from concept to delivery, collaborating with models and marketing, ensuring lighting, composition, and brand aesthetics. Strong editing skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong photography and videography skills for beauty, fashion, lifestyle content.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Able to operate professional cameras and basic production equipment.
• Proficient editing in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.

Content Photographer & Videographer - Beauty & Fashion

Klara Cosmetics is looking for a creative and hands-on Content Photographer & Videographer to join our team in Bali.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content featuring models, with a strong focus on beauty, haircare, skincare, lifestyle, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and produce photo and video content for Klara Cosmetics and its brands.

Work closely with models, content creators, marketing, and creative teams during shoots.

Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, website, e-commerce, and digital campaigns.

Handle photography and videography from concept and shooting through to basic editing and final delivery.

Capture beauty, haircare, skincare, product, lifestyle, and model-focused content.

Ensure lighting, composition, framing, styling, and overall visual quality are consistent with the brand.

Assist in developing creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and social media.

Edit photos and videos into engaging short-form content suitable for Reels, TikTok, ads, and other digital platforms.

Organize and maintain photo/video assets and files.

Stay updated with current social media content trends, beauty/fashion visual trends, and creative formats.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator, or similar role.

Strong photography and videography skills, particularly with models, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or product content.

Good understanding of lighting, composition, camera angles, framing, and visual storytelling.

Able to operate professional cameras and basic production equipment.

Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.

Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.

Creative, proactive, and able to contribute ideas rather than only execute instructions.

Comfortable working with models and directing subjects during shoots.

Able to work independently and manage multiple content projects and deadlines.

English communication skills are required.

Must be based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.

Portfolio showcasing photography and videography work is required.

Preferred

Experience working with beauty, haircare, skincare, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle brands.

Experience creating content specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social media advertising.

Experience with beauty/model lighting and studio or on-location shoots.

Basic understanding of social media performance and content trends.
