Job summary

AYANA Komodo is seeking a creative Multimedia Executive to join the Public Relations team. You will be the resort and cruise fleet’s photographer, videographer, editor, and graphic designer, producing materials that align with a 5-star brand image.

You will craft ideas for IG reels, ads, TikTok, YouTube, and photos, coordinate with external vendors, and work closely with design teams to maintain cohesive visuals across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience creating multimedia for social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube).
• Ability to edit photos and videos to match brand style.

Responsibilities

• Create IG reels, ads, TikTok videos, YouTube videos, and photos to drive engagement and conversions.

Job description

AYANA Hospitality is looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Executive to join our dynamic team. The Multimedia Executive is part of AYANA Komodo's Public Relations Team. The successful candidate will be the dedicated photographer, videographer, editor, and graphic designer for the resort and its fleet of cruises.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the PR Executive to come up with ideas for IG reels, ads, TikTok videos, YouTube videos, and photos that can gain traction on our channels and drive engagement, follows, or conversions
• Be an active member of the PR team, strategizing and contributing new ideas regularly
• Stay up-to-date on trends and experiment with new ways for AYANA to reach new and relevant audiences through design and multimedia
• Coordinate external vendors for photography, videography or design as needed
• Work closely with AYANA's designers and photographers from other properties to understand the brand and ensure cohesion
• Create mood boards, references and concepts for photo and video shoots
• Edit photos & videos footage into social media and corporate content
• Provide a monthly report of work

• Experience and strong abilities with professional camera equipment, including drone

• Good level of English to communicate with different team members and media as needed
• Creative with artistic and videography ideas
• Ability to understand 5-star brand image
• Willing to work as part of a team to meet the needs of various departments
