Job summary
AYANA Hospitality in Bali is seeking a creative Multimedia Executive to own photography, videography, editing, and graphic design for AYANA Komodo’s resort and cruises.
You will work with the PR team to create IG reels, ads, TikTok and YouTube content, coordinate vendors, and ensure the 5-star brand image across properties. Proficiency with cameras, drones, and editing software is essential.
Fluent English and team collaboration are required for success.

- Experience in photography and videography for social media.

- Ability to edit photos and videos for social media and corporate content.
- Strong English communication with internal team and media.
Responsibilities
- Develop IG reels, ads, TikTok, YouTube content to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with PR team and designers to maintain brand consistency.
- Coordinate external vendors for photography, videography or design.
- Create mood boards and concepts for shoots.
- Edit photos and videos into social media and corporate content.
- Provide monthly report of work.
- Be familiar with 5-star brand image and storytelling.
- Work as part of a team to meet departmental needs.
- Stay updated on multimedia trends.
