Job summary

Moell in Surabaya is seeking a creative TikTok Content Specialist to generate engaging concepts, shoot and edit videos, write captions, and deliver complete content packages.

You will align content with marketing goals, research audience trends, and analyze performance to drive improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 1 year+ in a related field are expected; proficiency with CapCut or VN and SEO basics is a plus.

Job description

• Provide interestring ideas and concepts for creating TikTok Content
• Participate in the production of TikTok Content (including video shooting, creation, caption and voiceovers)
• Plan concepts and strategis for TikTok development
• Handle the end to end process of creating TikTok Content
• Manage everything related to content creation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategis with business goals
• Conduct research to understand audience needs and stay updated on industry trends
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement
