Job summary

The Island Sport Club in Bali is seeking a Content Creator to film, edit and turn club events into strong social media content across Cemagi, Uluwatu, and Denpasar.

You will capture padel, players, coaches, tournaments and lifestyle moments, then edit reels, stories and ads. The role requires hands-on shooting, independent work and a passion for sports and Bali lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Previous content creation or videography experience with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to film and edit engaging short-form video for social media.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting and movement; authentic storytelling.

About the role

We’re looking for a Content Creator to produce engaging photo and video content across three of our Bali locations: Island Sports Cemagi, Island Sports Uluwatu and Signature Padel Denpasar.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can film, edit and turn what’s happening at our clubs into strong social media content.

You’ll capture padel, players, coaches, tournaments, social events, community moments, facilities, lifestyle and F&B content, then edit it into reels, stories, ads and other short‑form content.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead and club teams to plan shoots and make sure we have a consistent flow of fresh content across all three locations.

Capture padel matches, coaching, tournaments, social events, players and community moments

Create lifestyle and facility content that showcases the atmosphere and identity of each club

Capture F&B and hospitality content when required

Edit short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, Stories and paid ads

Create both planned campaign content and quick, organic social content

Follow content briefs while also bringing your own creative ideas and concepts

Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, transitions and editing styles

Select music, clips and pacing that fit the Island Sports brand

Capture photos alongside video when required

Organise and maintain a clear library of raw footage and edited content

Deliver content within agreed deadlines and manage multiple shoots and edits each week

Requirements

Previous experience in content creation, videography or social media

Strong portfolio of short‑form video and social media content

Confident filming with a camera and/or high‑quality smartphone setup

Strong editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar

Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and current social media formats

Strong eye for composition, lighting, movement and detail

Able to capture natural, authentic moments without making content feel overly staged

Comfortable filming sports and fast‑moving action

Able to work independently and manage multiple shoots and deadlines

Based in Bali and able to travel between Cemagi, Uluwatu and Denpasar

Nice to have

Experience creating content for sports, padel, hospitality or lifestyle brands

Experience shooting sports and events

Experience creating content for paid social media campaigns

An interest in padel, sports and the Bali lifestyle
