Job summary

Honest is seeking a Compliance Specialist focused on Consumer Protection and Market Conduct to ensure products, services, and customer interactions comply with regulations and that complaints are resolved within regulatory timelines.

You will lead complaint handling governance, monitor regulatory SLA adherence, review customer communications for fair treatment, and drive market conduct standards across Marketing, Customer Service, and Collections teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in compliance, consumer protection, market conduct, or complaint handling within financial services.
• Experience with OJK consumer protection regulations and market conduct frameworks is preferred.
• Ability to translate regulations into practical standards and strong stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own complaint handling governance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on consumer complaint trends and regulatory SLA adherence.
• Ensure fair treatment of customers throughout the product lifecycle; drive market conduct standards across teams.
