Tilleke seeks a Regulatory Affairs professional to manage registration of foods and related products with Indonesian authorities. You will file, verify, and submit documents, advise clients on regulatory changes, and provide labeling guidance and regulatory opinions.

You will present at associations and conferences, write regulatory articles, and participate in Indonesia-based and international events, delivering timely results with a focus on client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or Biochemistry.
• 2–3 years post-graduation experience in regulatory affairs advisory, preferably in consulting.
• Excellent Indonesian and English language skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking.
• Good research capability and data gathering.
• Service mindset with client relationship building.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.

• Register food, supplements, medical devices, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, hazardous substances with authorities.
• Prepare filing documents, check accuracy, and submit to authorities.

Description du poste

• Register food, food supplements, medical devices, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, hazardous substances, and other related products with the concerned government authorities.
• Prepare documents for filing, check accuracy of all documents involved, and submit them to concerned government authorities.
• Prepare applications to be submitted to the authorities and advise clients on the change in registration.
• Provide advisory opinions on regulatory affairs issues, such as labeling and other relevant issues.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for associations, conferences, conventions, and individuals; write articles on relevant regulations and developments; and participate in conferences in Indonesia and abroad.
• Complete relevant work related to regulatory affairs assigned in a timely manner.

Specification

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (or above) in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other related scientific fields.
• At least 2-3 years of post-graduation experience in technical and/or regulatory affairs advisory fields, preferably in a consulting firm.
• Communication skills – have excellent language skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Organizational skills – be able to effectively manage multiple assignments and prioritize work.
• Research skills – be able to conduct in-depth research and gather relevant data.
• Service mindset – demonstrate true commitment in achieving positive matter outcomes for clients and be able to build and maintain client relationships.
• Teamwork – be able to work as a team to complete work assignment.
