Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Specialist to oversee construction site compliance in Tangerang, Indonesia. You will monitor daily activities, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to local regulations and AK3 Umum/ISO 45001 standards.

The role requires 3-5 years in SHE on construction projects, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail. You will coordinate with contractors to implement safety procedures and support incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OHS, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in SHE for construction projects
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and local regulations
• Certification in AK3 Umum, ISO 45001, or similar is a plus
• Strong communication and attention to detail
