Responsibilities
- Memonitor aktivitas harian di lokasi untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi keselamatan dan lingkungan
- Melakukan inspeksi lokasi, rapat toolbox, dan induksi K3
- Identifikasi bahaya dan tindak lanjut tindakan korektif
- Dukung investigasi insiden dan pelaporan
- Koordinasikan dengan kontraktor untuk implementasi prosedur SHE dan standar Permit to Work

Deskripsi PekerjaanResponsibilitiesMonitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety inductions
Identify hazards and follow up corrective actions
Support incident investigations and reporting
Coordinate with contractors to implement SHE procedures and Permit to Work standards
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in OHS, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years experience in SHE for construction projects
Knowledge of construction safety standards and local regulations
Certification in AK3 Umum, ISO 45001, or similar is a plus
Strong communication and attention to detail
