PT Alpha Konstruksi Nusantara is seeking Staff Procurement to handle procurement activities for construction projects. You will communicate with suppliers, request quotes, negotiate terms, and process POs.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency in Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome and experience in procurement is a plus. Base location is Bekasi, with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Education: SMK/D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Management, Logistics, Administration or related field
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with admin/data processing skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to search and compare prices from multiple suppliers
• Responsible, disciplined, honest, and self-motivated
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
• Experience in procurement/construction projects is a plus

Responsabilités

• Search for and communicate with suppliers/vendors
• Request and compare price quotations
• Negotiate price, quality, and delivery time
• Create and process Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders
• Monitor ordering and goods delivery processes
• Ensure delivered goods match PO and project requirements
• Update supplier and material price database
• Coordinate with project team, warehouse, finance, and vendor
• Assist with procurement administration and documentation
