Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a meticulous QC Inspector for construction projects in Karawang, Indonesia. The role covers site inspections, material verification, and the management of ITPs, NCRs, and Punch Lists to ensure conformance with drawings and specifications.

You will coordinate with project owners, supervision consultants, and third-party inspectors, supporting quality reporting and project handover documentation. Minimum 2–3 years in QC is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/SMA or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Construction or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction quality control or site inspections.
• Hands-on with ITPs, NCRs, Punch Lists and corrective actions.
• Experience coordinating with owners, consultants and third-party inspectors.
• Ability to read MEP and civil drawings, specs and acceptance standards.
• Knowledge of inspection/testing methods (dimensional, pressure, insulation, grounding, flow).
• Certifications like K3, Welding Inspection, or NDT are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized construction inspections per drawings, specs and ITPs.
• Inspect incoming materials/equipment, verify certificates and conditions, document records.
• Monitor critical activities: pipeline testing, welds, concrete pours, electrical tests.
• Prepare and maintain ITP records, checklists and NCR docs.
• Coordinate actions and closures for NCRs with teams.
• Coordinate joint inspections with owners, consultants and inspectors.
• Maintain Punch Lists and track corrective actions to handover.
• Participate in quality meetings and weekly quality reporting.
• Compile inspection records and quality docs for project handover.
