Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join a civil/MEP project team in Karawang, Indonesia. The role focuses on ensuring conformance of construction activities, materials, and equipment with drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

You will conduct site inspections, verify certificates, manage ITPs/NCRs, and coordinate with owners, consultants, and third‑party inspectors. Strong documentation and attention to detail are essential for final handover readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Construction or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in construction quality control or site inspections.
• Experience with ITPs, NCRs, Punch Lists, and corrective actions.
• Ability to read MEP and civil drawings and related specs.
• Knowledge of inspection methods, testing, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections per approved drawings and ITPs.
• Verify incoming materials with certificates and specs.
• Monitor critical processes (pipeline tests, welds, concrete, insulation tests).
• Prepare and maintain ITPs, checklists, NCRs, and close actions.
• Coordinate with project teams and third‑party inspectors.
• Maintain punch lists and assist in project handover documentation.
