Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a detail‑oriented QC Inspector for construction quality control at project sites in Indonesia. You will perform inspections, material verifications, and non-conformance management, coordinating with owners, consultants, and third‑party inspectors to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.

Responsibilities include maintaining ITPs, NCRs, and punch lists, preparing quality reports, and supporting project handover with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in construction quality control or site quality inspection.
• Experience managing ITPs, NCRs, Punch Lists and corrective actions.
• Ability to interpret MEP and civil drawings, technical specs, and acceptance standards.
• Professional certifications (K3, Welding Inspection, NDT) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized construction inspections per approved drawings and ITPs.
• Verify incoming materials (certificates of conformity, batch numbers) and prepare inspection records.
• Monitor critical construction activities and witness testing (pipeline, welds, concrete, insulation).
• Prepare and maintain ITP records, checklists, NCRs, and close-out documentation.
• Coordinate corrective actions and NCR closures with construction and engineering teams.
• Lead joint inspections with owners, supervisors, and third-party inspectors.
• Maintain Punch Lists and track corrective actions through final handover.
• Contribute to weekly quality meetings and preventative actions.
