Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a detail‑driven Quality Control Inspector for construction projects in Karawang, Indonesia. You will conduct site inspections, verify materials and workmanship against drawings and specs, and manage ITPs, NCRs, and punch lists to ensure conformance with client requirements.

You will coordinate with construction teams, project owners, supervision consultants, and third‑party inspectors to ensure timely closure of quality issues, support quality reporting, and contribute to

Qualifications

Minimum SMK/SMA or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction or related field.
2–3 years of experience in construction quality control or site inspections.
Experience with ITPs, NCRs, Punch Lists and corrective actions.
Ability to interpret MEP and civil drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine and specialized construction inspections per approved drawings and ITPs.
Inspect materials and equipment, verify certificates of conformity and prepare inspection records.
Monitor critical construction activities and witness tests such as pipeline pressure tests and weld inspections.
Prepare and maintain ITP records, checklists, NCRs and close out quality issues.
Coordinate with teams, owners, consultants, and third‑party inspectors for quality assurance.
Assist in quality meetings and weekly quality reporting to identify recurring issues.
Compile final quality documentation for project handover and archiving.
