Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site project execution to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Review contractor execution methods and verify handover readiness.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets (RAB) for infrastructure and land grading.
• Review drawings (DED, shop, as-builts) for buildings, civil works and infra.
• Plan land grading layouts and design water utility networks; conduct site surveys.
• Enforce strict quality control and ensure deliverables meet specs through handover.
• Coordinate with related departments and consultants for smooth handovers.
