Job summary

PT Suryacipta Swadaya is seeking a Supervisory role for MEP and piping installations in Subang, West Java. The candidate will supervise daily site activities, ensure alignment with technical specifications, and lead HDPE pipeline installation projects across the Subang Smartpolitan area.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in industrial piping, MEP systems, and construction administration, with strong leadership and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in construction with a strong background in industrial piping and HDPE pipeline installation projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, utility installation standards, and project administration practices.
• Excellent on-site problem-solving, analytical, and contractor management skills.
• Strong leadership, resilience, and effective communication for cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site execution to ensure MEP and piping installations meet technical specifications.
• Oversee piping network activities including transmission, distribution, and sewerage lines, HDPE methods.
• Oversee MEP construction works across Subang Smartpolitan area.
• Monitor field operations and maintain mapping reports for networks.
• Enforce quality control inspections and handle leaks, damages, or issues until handover.
• Coordinate with related departments, contractors, and utility teams for handovers.

Job description

Supervise daily site execution to ensure all MEP and piping installations align strictly with technical specifications

Manage and oversee comprehensive piping network activities (including transmission, distribution, and sewerage lines) covering layout, alignment, welding inspection, and pressure testing, alongside specialized HDPE installation methods.

Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction works across the entire Subang Smartpolitan area.

Monitor field operations and utility installations to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule, while maintaining accurate mapping reports of all networks.

Enforce rigorous quality control inspections across all active works, promptly handling any installation leaks, damages, or structural issues up until final project handover.

Coordinate seamlessly with related departments, contractors, and utility teams for smooth project transitions, operational alignments, and successful handovers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in construction, with a strong, proven background in industrial piping and HDPE pipeline installation projects.

Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, utility installation standards, and project administration practices.

Excellent on-site problem-solving, analytical, and contractor management skills.

Strong leadership, resilience, and effective communication for cross-functional coordination.
