Job summary
PT. United Family Food (Unifam) seeks a Lead Maintenance Engineer in Indonesia to lead/conduct maintenance projects for confectionery equipment.
You will manage a team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring safe daily operations and optimal equipment performance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant project/maintenance experience, with strong PLC/Servo and Mechatronics knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, maintenance or equipment design.
- Strong knowledge of confectionery production machines and PEMS familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance projects and ensure confectionery equipment is installed and functioning.
- Oversee daily operations and safety of the equipment team (mechanics, technicians).
- Develop maintenance plans, cost estimates, and technical specs for upgrades.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and manage budget and resources.
- Handle complex troubleshooting for Automation and Mechatronics systems (PLC, Servo).
