Job summary

INDODAX - Indonesia Digital Asset Exchange in Jakarta seeks a Compliance Staff to support daily compliance tasks, from KYC and document verification to regulatory reviews and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a willingness to learn in a fintech-regulated space, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience welcome.
• Basic understanding of regulatory compliance, KYC, CDD, EDD, and APU-PPT principles preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with good judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, analyze laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Ilmu Hukum).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or related functions are welcome to apply. Experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto assets will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of regulatory compliance, KYC, CDD, EDD, and APU-PPT principles is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with good judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Able to understand factual circumstances, identify relevant compliance issues, and provide practical and well-reasoned recommendations.
• Able to read, understand, and analyze laws, regulations, internal policies, and other regulatory requirements.
• Good drafting and documentation skills, including the ability to prepare clear and structured policies, procedures, reports, and correspondence.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different internal stakeholders.
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Willing to learn and able to adapt to a dynamic and highly regulated business environment.
