Job summary

Lemonilo, a leading health and wellness CPG brand in Indonesia, seeks a Compliance Team member to ensure operations align with internal policies and standards. You will help develop and implement compliance policies, maintain documentation, and advise on compliance across initiatives.

Working with Legal, Internal Audit, and other teams, you will lead policy drafting, investigations on non-compliance, and promote ethical conduct across the organization.

Qualifications

• Law degree required with relevant legal background.
• Min 2 years in compliance and PPGR in FMCG multinational.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with analytical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise internal compliance policies and SOPs.
• Oversee internal compliance implementation across operations.
• Support investigations on non-compliance incidents.
• Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and reports.
• Provide guidance on compliance for projects with internal/external parties.
• Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and other business units.

Job description

As a Compliance Team, you will play an important role in ensuring the company’s operations comply with internal policies and applicable standards. You will support compliance policy development and implementation, maintain compliance documentation, provide guidance on compliance matters, and collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, and other relevant teams.

What will you do?

• Draft, review, and reviseinternal compliance policies, SOPs, and business practices.
• Manage internal compliance implementation across operations.
• Support investigations on non-compliance incidents.
• Maintaining up-to-date written documentation about compliance policies, procedures, processes, and reports.
• Provide compliance guidance for all initiatives, projects, and engagements of internal and external parties and act as a role model for the proper conduct for other business areas.
• Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and other relevant business units.

What are we looking for?

• Have a Law Degree.
• Have at least 2 year experience in compliance and PPGR in a FMCG multinational company (would be a plus).
• Deep understanding of compliance and internal control governance and framework, with relevant knowledge in establishing and implementing policies and procedures within the company.
• Strong project / stakeholder management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ethical integrity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear presentations to interact with broad ranges of audiences or stakeholders with different backgrounds.
• Ability to empathize and collaborate with various senior stakeholders from other functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and structured thought process in order to make relevant policies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.
