Job summary

PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK is seeking a Head of Security and CSR to lead community development and security initiatives in Subang, West Java. The role focuses on aligning CSR programs with corporate objectives and building strong relationships with local stakeholders.

You will oversee needs assessments, program planning and evaluation, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with EHS standards and company policies, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Psychology, Social, or Government.
• At least 5 years of working experience as Head of Security and CSR/ESR.
• Proven track record in managing security and CSR execution in mining or international company.
• In-depth knowledge of security regulations, EHS standards, and industrial access control systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Placement: Subang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community development and CSR strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other external stakeholders.
• Conduct community needs assessments and social mapping to identify priority programs.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate community development initiatives and measure their social impact.
• Manage community engagement activities to foster positive relationships and address community concerns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies related to social and community development.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and program documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability and social initiatives into business operations.
• Manage external partners, consultants, and vendors involved in community development programs.
