Job summary

Tentang Anak is building one of Indonesia's largest parenting ecosystems across education, commerce, and trusted expert content. We are seeking a proactive Community Growth Lead who can transform engagement into trust, advocacy, and sustainable growth through meaningful online and offline experiences.

You will own recurring programs, forge partnerships with hospitals and brands, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Content, and Partnerships to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building and growing engaged communities.
• Launched community programs from idea to execution.
• Comfortable partnering with external stakeholders including brands and healthcare organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring online community programs (Q&A, WhatsApp learning groups, and community social media).
• Design and launch new online and offline community initiatives that increase engagement and retention.
• Build and develop a network of highly engaged community ambassadors.
• Drive community-led growth through referrals, advocacy, and measurable impact.
