Job summary

Tentang Anak is building one of Indonesia's largest parenting ecosystems across education, commerce, and trusted expert content. We are seeking a proactive Community Growth Lead who can transform engagement into trust, advocacy, and sustainable growth through meaningful online and offline experiences.

You will own recurring programs, forge partnerships with hospitals and brands, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Content, and Partnerships to deliver measurable impact.

• Launched community programs from idea to execution.
• Comfortable partnering with external stakeholders including brands and healthcare organisations.

This is not a community moderation role. We are looking for someone who can build programs, grow relationships, and continuously improve how parents learn and connect with us.

What You'll Own

Grow and Strengthen Our Parent Community

• Own the strategy and execution of recurring online community programs, including educational Q&A sessions, WhatsApp learning groups, and community social media.
• Design and launch new online and offline community initiatives that increase engagement, retention, and member participation.
• Build and develop a network of highly engaged community ambassadors.

Drive Community-Led Growth

• Create initiatives that increase community participation, referrals, advocacy, and organic growth.
• Turn community feedback into actionable insights that improve products, content, and customer experience.
• Monitor community health through clear engagement metrics and continuously optimise programs.

Build Strategic Partnerships that Strengthen Community

• Develop partnerships with hospitals, brands, and relevant organisations that create meaningful value for community members.
• Manage collaboration opportunities including educational activations, branding initiatives, and product barter partnerships.
• Ensure every partnership contributes to measurable community impact rather than one-time exposure.

Lead Cross-Functional Execution

• Work closely with Marketing, Medical, Product, Content, Creative, and Partnership teams to execute community initiatives with high quality and speed.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence.
