Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Education or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Community Management, Customer Success, Student Relations or a similar role.
• Experience in education, certification programmes, fitness, wellness or service industries is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of community engagement, customer retention, business development and referral marketing strategies.
• Creative and proactive in developing community engagement programmes and growth initiatives.
• Proficient in community management platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups, Discord and CRM tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data and provide actionable insights.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, education and lifelong learning is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build, manage and maintain relationships with JCA students, alumni and instructors across Indonesia.
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase member satisfaction, loyalty and long‑term retention.
• Manage online community platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups, etc.) and facilitate active and meaningful discussions.
• Ensure community members remain engaged throughout their learning journey, from enrolment to alumni.
• Develop initiatives that encourage students to continue their learning journey into higher‑level academy programmes.
• Identify opportunities to increase student retention, programme participation and repeat enrolment.
• Collaborate with Academic, Operations and Instructor teams to improve academy quality and enhance the overall learning experience.
• Gather community insights and market feedback to support new programme development and business growth initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with alumni and instructors to create long‑term engagement and advocacy for the academy.
• Design, implement and manage referral programmes that encourage students, alumni, instructors and community members to introduce new participants to the academy.
• Monitor referral programme performance, analyse conversion rates and continuously optimise initiatives to increase community‑driven growth and business opportunities.
• Plan and execute online and offline community activities, including workshops, webinars, alumni gatherings, networking sessions and engagement events.
• Collaborate with instructors, ambassadors and internal stakeholders to create meaningful community experiences.
• Evaluate event effectiveness through participation data, satisfaction surveys and community feedback.
• Track community engagement, student participation, retention, referral performance and progression to advanced academy programmes.
• Analyse community feedback and identify trends to improve engagement strategies and academy quality.
• Prepare regular reports on community performance, retention, referral conversion, progression to higher‑level academy programmes and overall engagement effectiveness.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data to support business growth and continuous improvement.
